How long has ScaleBlaster been around?
ScaleBlaster has been around since 1995 and is manufactured by Clearwater Enviro
Technologies, Inc. The company has been in business since 1988. Tens of thousands
of units have been sold over the years. In 2005, the product was featured on HGTV’s
“I Want That!” There are 20 models available for use on small residential homes
to huge 3 foot pipe lines. Many of the world’s largest companies use our equipment,
including the Chinese and Mexican governments.
ScaleBlaster does not come in contact with the water at all.
How does it work?
The equipment comprises of a computerized control box and a signal cable that is
wrapped around the outside of your pipe. ScaleBlaster does not touch the water in
any way, shape or form. Our equipment sends a unique and complex modulating frequency
waveform that hits the resonant frequency of the calcium molecules, causing them
to lose their adhesive properties. Lime scale will not form in pipes, heating surfaces
or equipment. Cleaning chemicals and detergents can be cut in half.
Is there any maintenance involved?
None whatsoever. All you have to do is check to see if the indicator light or LED
display is on. No more repairs. No more bags of salt. Nothing!
I am interested in learning more about ScaleBlaster. Can a
representative of yours come out to our place to give us a presentation and a quote?
We would be pleased to visit your business. Simply go to our link “Get more Info”.
You can call us directly or email us during normal business hours. We are located
in Clearwater, Florida. All of our representatives work directly for the manufacturer
of ScaleBlaster, Clearwater Enviro Technologies, Inc. You would be dealing directly
with the manufacturer.
How long is your warranty?
All ScaleBlaster products are backed with a full, 5-year warranty. Your unit is
100% covered under most circumstances. The units have an expected life of over 20
years and are in rugged weather proof containers. By purchasing from the manufacturer,
your warranty is well-assured. Customer service has been our number one priority
for over 20 years.
How many units would I need and where do they get installed?
In most cases, a large unit gets installed on the incoming water supply line, and
other smaller units get installed before the dietary and laundry equipment. If you
have a cooling tower or boiler, another unit would go there.
Is the equipment expensive? How can I afford it?
A factory representative can answer all your questions after visually inspecting
your building to give you a quote. We have plenty of financing available, and you
can “lease to own” the equipment in 60 months (5 years). Your payments will be a
lot less than what you are spending a month right now on a water softener, or just
using chemicals. We can give you a detailed analysis on a “Payback Sheet” while
visiting your premises. We also have a link on our website - “ROI analysis.” In
essence, we save you money the moment you put our equipment on.
Do you have any referrals?
We have tons of them. Be sure to watch our video of satisfied customers and view
some of our referral letters on the “Testimonials” link of this website.
Who is ScaleBlaster affiliated with? What electrical approval
do they have?
We are members of the Water Quality Association, Florida Health Care Association,
and the US Green Building Council. Our units are UL, CUL and CE listed.
